AI Teachers: An Emerging Profession
As language models advance, the ability to meaningfully teach and guide AI systems will become a specialized craft. While the number of people who can contribute at this level will shrink, the role will become increasingly vital and prestigious.
I built frameworks for understanding their unique needs, recognizing these specialists will be driven by self-actualization beyond traditional incentives. This work shaped my perspective on human-AI interaction and influences my current direction.
